Exploding Love Box

This was my first attempt at the exploding box as they call it. I received my scor-pal in the mail a couple of days ago and decided it was time to put it to the test. It took me a whole day to make it.

i think it is absolutely beautiful, but quite a challenge. i followed the directions from the scor-pal website.

kaisercraft pearls
paper roses on top of box from kaisercraft
paper roses on the side from iamroses.com
doilie
spellbinder scalloped heart die for top 3d heart
marianne die for leaves on lid of box
other flowers from vivaldi
lace from own stash
magnolia images coloured with distres inks
all edges inked with distress ink
all other embellishments were in own stash

all sides have been decorated with a beutiful tilda image

rolled roses die
leaves die
melissa frances vintage embelishment corner (new and absolutely love them)
buckle was in own stash as was ribbon and lace
sequin butterfly was also in stash
pearls are kaisercraft
spellbinder die used on lower part
stickles used on leaves and flowers on stamped image
